For driver partners

• Charged only once (bookings are delivered for the lifetime of your account, no monthly recharge), and only after our team has verified the driver's profile and vehicle documents (vehicle photo, RC, insurance).
• Activates the driver partner account so the driver can see and accept loads on the Pickupwala app.
• No monthly subscription and no hidden charges.

Why a joining fee?

Pickupwala Bookings are collected from transporters connected with our system, and from transport WhatsApp groups, WhatsApp channels and Telegram groups. Most driver partners are not part of all these groups, so many bookings never reach them. With a one-time joining fee, we deliver these bookings to the driver partner for the lifetime of their account. All transactions on a booking are between the customer and the driver partner — Pickupwala and Chavan Transport Agency have no connection with them (see Terms & Conditions).

GST

The joining fee is inclusive of GST. We do not charge any separate GST or any other tax on top of the amount shown — GST is already included in the fee. Chavan Transport Agency pays the applicable GST to the Government out of the joining fees received, and files it in its GST returns. Booking timings

Pickupwala Bookings are posted from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the normal working and loading hours of transport offices and companies. Sunday and other public or festival holidays are off.

For customers

Posting a load on Pickupwala is free. The transport fare for each trip is shown on the booking and agreed between the customer and the driver partner before the trip starts.

How payment works

The joining fee is paid online inside the Pickupwala app through PhonePe Payment Gateway using UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or wallet. Pickupwala does not store your card or bank details. A payment confirmation is shown in the app and the account is activated immediately after successful payment.
